Privacy Policy

Last updated October 23, 2026.

This policy explains what information Nolan Ryan Law, PLLC ("Nolan Ryan Law," "we" or "us") collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to calls, messages and emails that start here. It is written in plain English on purpose. If something is unclear, contact us using the details at the end.

Contacting us does not make you a client

Submitting a form, recording a video or voice message, calling, or emailing does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship exists only after Nolan agrees to represent you and you both sign a written agreement. Until then, please do not send confidential or sensitive details about your situation. A short description of what happened is enough for a first conversation.

Information you give us

We collect the information you choose to send through the following tools.

  • Contact forms (Typeform). Our forms are powered by Typeform. They may ask for your name, phone number, email address, and a short description of your injury or accident. Typeform processes this information on our behalf.
  • Video and voice messages (VideoAsk). If you use VideoAsk, it records the video, audio or text you submit, along with any contact details you provide. Your image and voice are part of that recording.
  • Phone calls (CallRail). We use CallRail for call tracking. CallRail may show a different phone number depending on how you reached the site, so we can tell which pages and sources bring in calls. It may log your phone number, the date, time and length of the call, and the page or source that led to it. Calls may be recorded for quality and record-keeping, where the law allows.
  • Email. If you email us, we receive your email address, the message and any attachments.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, this site collects some technical information when you visit.

  • Analytics. We use Google Analytics, managed through Google Tag Manager, and the MonsterInsights plugin for WordPress. These tools tell us how visitors use the site: pages viewed, time on page, approximate location (city or region), device and browser type, and how you arrived, such as from a search engine or an ad. We use this information in summary form to understand traffic, not to identify you personally.
  • Cookies. Cookies are small files stored by your browser. This site and the tools above use cookies to keep the site working, remember preferences, measure visits and attribute calls and form submissions to their source. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features may not work as intended if you do.
  • Google Maps. Our office and location pages include embedded Google Maps. When a map loads, Google may collect information such as your IP address and set its own cookies, under Google's privacy policy.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiry and schedule a consultation.
  • Evaluate whether we may be able to help with a potential case, including checking for conflicts of interest.
  • Keep records of our communications with you.
  • Understand how the site is used and improve its content, design and performance.
  • Measure which advertising and marketing efforts are working.
  • Meet legal, ethical and professional obligations.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website and handle communications, such as Typeform, VideoAsk, CallRail, Google and our website host, and only so they can provide those services. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights, or with your permission.

Third-party services

The tools named in this policy are run by other companies, and each has its own privacy policy. We do not control how they handle data on their own systems. If you want to know more, review the privacy policies of Typeform, VideoAsk, CallRail and Google. Google offers a browser add-on that lets you opt out of Google Analytics.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiry information for as long as we reasonably need it to respond, evaluate a potential case, keep accurate records and meet our legal and professional obligations. If you become a client, your file is kept under our record-retention practices for client matters. Analytics data is kept in summary form under the retention settings of the analytics tools. When we no longer need information, we delete it or make it anonymous.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect. No website, email system or internet transmission is completely secure, though, and we cannot guarantee the security of information sent to us online. This is one more reason not to send confidential details through the website before speaking with Nolan.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them online. If a child has been injured, a parent or legal guardian should contact us. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Texas residents

Nolan Ryan Law is based in Dallas, and most visitors to this site live in Texas. Depending on how Texas privacy law applies, Texas residents may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about them, to correct it, to ask us to delete it, and to opt out of the sale of personal information or targeted advertising. As stated above, we do not sell personal information. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we may keep some information where the law or our professional duties require it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
